SubClean ("Uygulama") uygulamasını indirerek, açarak veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulama'yı kullanmayın.
SubClean, YouTube aboneliklerinizi görüntülemenize ve yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz kanallardan aboneliğinizi kaldırmanıza yardımcı olan bir araçtır. Uygulama, sizin açık eyleminiz (kaydırma / silme onayı) olmadan hiçbir abonelik kaldırmaz, video silmez ve adınıza içerik paylaşmaz.
Uygulama'yı kullanmak için Google / YouTube hesabınızla giriş yaparsınız. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleştirilen işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulama'ya verdiğiniz erişimi dilediğiniz an Google hesap güvenlik ayarlarından geri alabilirsiniz.
Hangi aboneliklerin kaldırılacağına yalnızca siz karar verirsiniz. Abonelikten çıkma işlemi YouTube tarafında gerçekleşir ve kalıcı olabilir; yanlışlıkla kaldırılan abonelikler dâhil, yaptığınız seçimlerin sonuçlarından siz sorumlusunuz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti (ticari elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, kesintisizlik veya hatasızlık dâhil) verilmez.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde geliştirici; Uygulama'nın kullanımı ya da kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan (veri kaybı, abonelik kaybı, kâr kaybı dâhil) sorumlu tutulamaz. Her hâlükârda toplam sorumluluk, varsa Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
SubClean; YouTube veya Google ile bağlantılı, onlar tarafından desteklenen ya da onaylanan bir uygulama değildir. Uygulama, YouTube API Hizmetleri'ni kullanır; Uygulama'yı kullanarak YouTube Hizmet Şartları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Tüm marka adları ve logolar ilgili sahiplerine aittir.
Premium özellikler uygulama-içi abonelik yoluyla sunulur. Satın almalar Google Play'in şartlarına tabidir. Abonelikler, siz iptal etmedikçe dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir; iptali dilediğiniz an Google Play abonelik ayarlarından yapabilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar erişiminizi etkilemez. Promosyon kodlarıyla tanımlanan erişim geliştirici takdirindedir ve devredilemez.
Uygulama'nın tasarımı, kodu, metinleri ve markası geliştiriciye aittir ve izinsiz çoğaltılamaz.
Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde Uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır.
Şartların ihlali hâlinde erişiminiz askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir. Siz de istediğiniz an Uygulama'yı kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

By downloading, opening or using the SubClean app ("App") you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SubClean is a tool that helps you view your YouTube subscriptions and unsubscribe only from channels you explicitly choose. The App never removes a subscription, deletes a video or posts content on your behalf without your explicit action (swipe / delete confirmation).
You sign in with your Google / YouTube account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for actions performed under it. You can revoke the App's access at any time via your Google account security settings.
You alone decide which subscriptions to remove. Unsubscribing happens on YouTube's side and may be permanent; you are responsible for the consequences of your choices, including accidentally removed subscriptions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, no express or implied warranties are given, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of subscriptions or loss of profit) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. In any case, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.
SubClean is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google. The App uses YouTube API Services; by using the App you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
Premium features are offered via in-app subscriptions. Purchases are subject to Google Play's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled; you can cancel at any time in your Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling does not affect access for the already-paid period. Access granted via promo codes is at the developer's discretion and is non-transferable.
The App's design, code, texts and brand belong to the developer and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App.
Your access may be suspended or terminated in case of a breach of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
