SubClean — Gizlilik Politikası

SubClean ("uygulama"), YouTube aboneliklerinizi yönetmenize yardımcı olan bir mobil uygulamadır. Gizliliğinize önem veriyoruz. Bu politika, hangi verileri işlediğimizi, kimlerle paylaştığımızı (ve paylaşmadığımızı) ve nasıl koruduğumuzu açıklar.

1. İşlenen Veriler

• Google hesabı ile giriş: Giriş için adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve profil fotoğrafınız Google tarafından sağlanır. Bunları sunucularımızda saklamayız.
• YouTube abonelik verisi: Abonelik listeniz, kanal bilgileri, son yüklenme tarihleri ve (Rewind özelliği için) beğendiğiniz videoların kanal bilgileri YouTube Data API üzerinden alınır. Bu veriler yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir ve saklanır; sunucularımıza gönderilmez.
• Çökme ve tanılama: Uygulama çökerse Firebase Crashlytics anonim teknik veri (cihaz modeli, hata kaydı) toplar. Bu, YouTube verinizi içermez.
• Anonim sayaçlar: Referans kodu kullanım sayısı ve toplam temizlenen kanal sayısı gibi kişisel olmayan, anonim sayılar Firebase'de tutulur. Bu kayıtlar sizinle ilişkilendirilemez.
• Reklam kimliği: Reklamlar etkinleştirilirse Google AdMob reklam kimliğinizi kullanabilir. (Not: reklamlar şu an uygulamada aktif değildir.) Bu, YouTube verinizi içermez.

1a. Cihazınızda Depolanan ve Erişilen Bilgiler

SubClean, işlevini yerine getirmek için bazı bilgileri doğrudan cihazınızda depolar, bunlara erişir ve bunları okur (cihazınızın yerel depolama mekanizmaları aracılığıyla):

• Önbelleğe alınan YouTube verisi: Abonelik listeniz, kanal bilgileri ve son yükleme tarihleri, tekrar tekrar API çağrısı yapılmasın diye cihazınızın yerel depolamasında (uygulama yerel deposu) saklanır ve okunur.
• Kimlik doğrulama jetonları (OAuth token): Oturumunuzu sürdürmek için cihazınızın işletim sistemi tarafından güvenli biçimde saklanır ve erişilir.
• Uygulama tercihleri: Tema, dil, işlenen/ertelenen kanallar ve ilerleme gibi ayarlar cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.

Bu bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur, sunucularımıza gönderilmez ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde, çıkış yaptığınızda veya başka bir hesaba geçtiğinizde silinir. Uygulama reklam çerezleri veya web izleme teknolojileri KULLANMAZ; yalnızca Google AdMob (etkinleştirilirse) standart bir reklam kimliğine erişebilir.

2. Verilerin Kullanımı

Verileri yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması (aboneliklerinizi göstermek/yönetmek, Rewind özeti oluşturmak), çökme analizi ve hizmeti iyileştirmek için kullanırız. Verilerinizi satmayız.

3. Google Kullanıcı Verilerinin Paylaşımı

YouTube/Google kullanıcı verinizi (abonelik listeniz, kanal ve beğeni bilgileri) hiçbir üçüncü tarafla PAYLAŞMIYOR, AKTARMIYOR veya İFŞA ETMİYORUZ. Bu veri yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir ve sunucularımıza dahi gönderilmez.

Uygulama aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanır; ancak bunların hiçbiri YouTube abonelik verinize erişmez:

• Google Sign-In & YouTube Data API — kimlik doğrulama ve abonelik verisini cihazınıza getirmek için (Google'ın kendi altyapısı).
• Firebase Crashlytics — yalnızca anonim çökme/teknik verisi; YouTube veriniz değil.
• Firebase (Remote Config, Firestore) — duyuru/yapılandırma ve kişisel olmayan anonim sayaçlar; YouTube veriniz değil.
• Google AdMob — yalnızca reklam kimliği (etkinse); YouTube veriniz değil.

Bu sağlayıcıların gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir: Google Gizlilik Politikası. Verilerinizi reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara aktarmayız.

4. Veri Koruması (Hassas Veri Güvenliği)

Hassas verilerinizi korumak için aşağıdaki mekanizmaları uygularız:

• Tüm API iletişimi şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS/TLS) üzerinden yapılır.
• YouTube abonelik verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir/saklanır; sunucularımıza hiç gönderilmez.
• OAuth giriş jetonları (token) cihazınızın işletim sistemi tarafından güvenli biçimde saklanır; bizim sunucularımızda tutulmaz.
• Uygulamayı sildiğinizde cihazdaki tüm veri kalıcı olarak silinir.
• Erişimi istediğiniz an Google güvenlik ayarları üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz.
• Uygulama yalnızca işlevi için gereken minimum izinleri ister.

5. YouTube API Hizmetleri

Uygulama YouTube API Hizmetlerini kullanır. Uygulamayı kullanarak YouTube Hizmet Şartları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Google hesabınızın uygulamaya verdiği erişimi Google güvenlik ayarları üzerinden istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.

6. Veri Saklama, Yenileme ve Silme

Abonelik ve kanal verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda önbelleğe alınır. Bu önbellek en fazla 7 günde bir YouTube API'sinden yeniden alınarak tazelenir (yani saklanan veri hiçbir zaman YouTube'un gerektirdiği 30 günü aşmaz). Önbelleğe alınan YouTube verisi ayrıca şu durumlarda silinir: uygulamayı sildiğinizde, çıkış (logout) yaptığınızda, başka bir Google hesabına geçtiğinizde veya erişimi Google güvenlik ayarları'ndan iptal ettiğinizde. Sunucularımızdaki kişisel olmayan verilerin (anonim sayaçlar, beta e-postası) silinmesini talep etmek için bize e-posta gönderebilirsiniz.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.

SubClean — Privacy Policy

SubClean ("the app") helps you manage your YouTube subscriptions. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we process, with whom we share it (and do not share it), and how we protect it.

1. Data We Process

• Sign-in with Google: Your name, email, and profile photo are provided by Google for authentication. We do not store these on our servers.
• YouTube subscription data: Your subscription list, channel details, last-upload dates, and (for the Rewind feature) the channels of videos you liked are retrieved via the YouTube Data API. This data is processed and stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
• Crash & diagnostics: If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics collects anonymous technical data (device model, error logs). This does not include your YouTube data.
• Anonymous counters: Non-personal, anonymous numbers such as referral-code usage counts and total cleaned channels are stored in Firebase. These records cannot be linked to you.
• Advertising ID: If ads are enabled, Google AdMob may use your advertising ID. (Note: ads are not currently active in the app.) This does not include your YouTube data.

1a. Information Stored and Accessed on Your Device

To provide its functionality, SubClean stores, accesses and reads certain information directly on your device (using your device's local storage mechanisms):

• Cached YouTube data: Your subscription list, channel details and last-upload dates are stored in and read from your device's local storage (the app's local store) to avoid repeated API calls.
• Authentication tokens (OAuth): Stored and accessed securely by your device's operating system to keep you signed in.
• App preferences: Settings such as theme, language, processed/snoozed channels and progress are stored locally on your device.

This information is kept only on your device, is never sent to our servers, and is deleted when you uninstall the app, sign out, or switch to another account. The app does NOT use advertising cookies or web-tracking technologies; only Google AdMob (if enabled) may access a standard advertising identifier.

2. How We Use Data

We use data only to operate the app (show/manage your subscriptions, build the Rewind recap), analyze crashes, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.

3. Sharing of Google User Data

We do NOT share, transfer, or disclose your YouTube/Google user data (your subscription list, channel and like information) with any third party. This data is processed only on your device and is never sent to our servers.

The app uses the following services, but none of them receive your YouTube subscription data:

• Google Sign-In & YouTube Data API — to authenticate you and retrieve subscription data to your device (Google's own infrastructure).
• Firebase Crashlytics — anonymous crash/technical data only; not your YouTube data.
• Firebase (Remote Config, Firestore) — announcements/configuration and non-personal anonymous counters; not your YouTube data.
• Google AdMob — advertising ID only (if enabled); not your YouTube data.

These providers' privacy policies apply: Google Privacy Policy. We do not transfer your data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Protection (Security of Sensitive Data)

We apply the following mechanisms to protect your sensitive data:

• All API communication is performed over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
• Your YouTube subscription data is processed/stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers.
• OAuth tokens are stored securely by your device's operating system; they are not kept on our servers.
• All on-device data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app.
• You can revoke access at any time via your Google security settings.
• The app requests only the minimum permissions required for its function.

5. YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time via your Google security settings.

6. Data Retention, Refresh & Deletion

Your subscription and channel data is cached only on your device. This cache is refreshed from the YouTube API at most once every 7 days (so stored data never exceeds YouTube's 30-day requirement). Cached YouTube data is also deleted when you: uninstall the app, sign out, switch to another Google account, or revoke access via your Google security settings. To request deletion of non-personal server-side data (anonymous counters, beta email), email us.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13.
